Terms of Service

1. Who We Are
“Foam Ranger”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Foam Ranger Ltd., registered in Alberta, operating from 19 Sundown Manor, Cochrane, AB T4C 1E6. By booking a service with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Booking & Deposits
- A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm first-time bookings. The deposit applies to your job total.
- Subscription customers (Trail Rider, Ranger Plus, Grand Member) are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing if on-arrival assessment reveals condition significantly beyond what was booked (pet hair beyond normal, biohazard, severe neglect). We’ll always tell you before starting.
3. Cancellation Policy
- More than 48 hours before: full refund of deposit.
- Under 48 hours: 50% of deposit held, rebookable within 30 days at no extra charge.
- No-show: 50% cancellation fee; any further bookings require full pre-payment.
- Ranger cancellation (our fault): full refund plus 10% credit on next booking.
4. Weather Policy
Exterior work is rescheduled at no charge if rain or snow of 10 mm or more is forecast during the service window. Interior work continues as booked. Below -10°C, exterior work is deferred or moved to a heated space at the customer’s option.
5. Our “Ride-Again” Guarantee
If you’re not satisfied with a service, contact us within 48 hours of completion. We’ll come back and re-do the affected area at no charge. If we still can’t make it right, we’ll refund the amount paid for that portion of the service. This guarantee does not cover damage from pre-existing conditions or from use after service.
6. Pre-Service Condition
Before starting, we photograph your vehicle to document existing condition. If you notice damage that occurred during our service, contact us within 24 hours with photos. We carry commercial insurance for this purpose. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or items of value left in the vehicle.
7. Personal Items
Please remove valuables, medications, firearms, and personal documents before service. We are not liable for loss of items left in the vehicle. Change we find in seats and cupholders gets returned in a clearly-labeled envelope — that’s a promise.
8. Access & Utilities
Customers are asked to provide access to the vehicle, a place to park our rig safely, and ideally an outdoor water tap and electrical outlet. We carry backup water and power and can adapt, but confirm before booking if access is limited.
9. Photos & Marketing
We take before/after photos of every job for quality control. We do not share these publicly without your explicit consent. Customers who agree to photo release receive a thank-you discount on their next service. License plates and identifying details are blurred before any public use.
10. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit, e-Transfer, and cash. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled. Fleet contracts are Net-15 invoiced.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Canadian consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when posted here. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
