QUESTIONS, ANSWERED.
Why is Round-Up your “most popular” tier?
Because for 90% of Calgary-area rides, it’s the correct first service. Anything less than Round-Up and you’re leaving salt, pet hair, or odour on the table. Anything more only makes sense after Round-Up has reset the vehicle.
How long does the 6-month wax actually last?
On a garaged vehicle driven daily, typically 4–6 months. On a daily-driver parked outside through Calgary winter, closer to 3–4. We’ll flag when it’s time to re-apply.
Can you handle heavy pet hair on Round-Up?
Yes, standard pet hair is included. For extreme cases (a shedding husky after a road trip), there’s a $75 heavy pet-hair add-on. We’ll tell you up-front if that applies.
Will you remove smoke smell?
Round-Up includes odour neutralization which handles most cases. Heavy smoke or biohazard odour needs the Grand Champion with enzyme + overnight charcoal, or the $95 ozone treatment add-on.
Is the salt-stain treatment really included?
Yes, from November through April every Round-Up includes our Alberta salt-stain treatment at no extra charge. It’s the whole point of booking one in winter.
