How it runs
THE PROCESS.
1. QUOTE
Send us length, class, and condition photos. We confirm price inside the range in under 24 hours.
2. SCHEDULE
Spring Prep runs March – May. Winterization runs September – October. Book early, slots fill fast.
3. ONSITE
We come to your storage lot, driveway, or acreage. 3–6 hours depending on size.
4. HANDOVER
Walkthrough + photo documentation of the finished unit. Ready to roll or ready to store.
FAQ
QUESTIONS.
Do you do roof work?
Yes, on Spring Prep. Safety-first: we inspect and clean the roof, treat the seals, flag any problems. We do not do structural roof repair, if we find something, we’ll document and refer.
What about mouse damage after winter storage?
Interior vacuum and wipe-down handles the obvious mess. If there’s significant contamination, we’ll recommend the biohazard add-on ($275) or refer to a specialist.
Can you service a Class A motorhome?
Yes, priced at the top of the size range. For coaches over 40 ft we’ll quote individually.
Do you service at storage lots?
Absolutely. Just confirm with your lot that we can bring water and spend 3–6 hours onsite.
