What’s included in a Foam Ranger detail?
Every service, Quick Draw, Round-Up, Grand Champion, includes exterior hand wash, wheels/tires, interior vacuum and wipe-down, interior glass and dashboard. From there each tier adds more. See the full inclusions on each service page.
How long does a detail take?
Quick Draw: 1.5–2 hours. Round-Up: 3–4 hours. Grand Champion: 5–7 hours, occasionally overnight for heavy odour treatment.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Nope. Most customers leave us to it. We just need access to the vehicle, a place to park the rig, and ideally a water tap (we carry our own if not).
What do you need from me to book?
Vehicle year/make/model, address, preferred date window, and which tier you want. If you’re not sure, we’ll recommend one. Booking asks for a $50 deposit that applies to the job total.
What if it rains or snows?
If rain or snow ≥10 mm is forecast for the exterior window, we reschedule free. Interior work runs as planned, rain doesn’t affect carpet shampoo.
Do you work in winter?
Yes. Interior work, steam cleaning and salt-stain treatment is actually our busiest season, it’s what Alberta cars need most. Exterior foam cannon work needs shelter below -10°C (your heated garage or our mobile enclosure).
Can you remove pet hair?
Yes, included in Round-Up and Grand Champion at no extra charge. For extreme shedding (a full husky after a road trip), we’ll flag the optional $75 heavy-pet-hair add-on up-front.
Will you remove smoke smell?
Round-Up includes odour neutralization which handles most cases. Heavy smoke or biohazard needs Grand Champion with enzyme + overnight charcoal, or our $95 ozone treatment add-on.
Do you do ceramic coatings?
Not yet, multi-year ceramic coating installations are coming Month 3 of our business. For now we offer a 3-month spray sealant (Quick Draw), 6-month synthetic wax (Round-Up), and a 9–12 month two-stage sealant (Grand Champion).
Do you do paint correction?
Multi-stage paint correction is coming Month 3. Our current services handle deep cleaning, iron decon, and sealant, which visually improves most daily-driver paint significantly, but doesn’t remove swirls or scratches. If you need correction, we’ll be upfront and time-stamp when the service lights up.
What areas do you service?
Calgary (all quadrants, free travel), Airdrie and Chestermere (free travel during 90-day launch, then $25), Cochrane and Okotoks ($30 travel, waived on Round-Up or Grand Champion), Canmore/Strathmore/Cremona (quoted). Outside 100 km: custom quote.
What’s your cancellation policy?
Full refund of deposit with 48+ hours notice. Under 48 hours = 50% deposit held, applied to a rebooking inside 30 days. Weather cancellations on our end = no charge, new slot prioritized.
How do I pay?
E-transfer, Visa/MC/AmEx/Debit via Square, or cash. Memberships auto-bill monthly via Stripe. Fleet contracts invoice Net-15 with PO.
Are you insured?
Yes, fully insured and bonded. Proof of insurance available on request for property management or fleet accounts.
