    We visit your lot, count vehicles, map water/power access, scope constraints.

  2. 2. PROPOSAL

    Fixed monthly rate per vehicle + rotation schedule. Signed in one meeting.

  3. 3. FIRST CYCLE

    We run the first month, capture photos and time-on-site, deliver your baseline report.

  4. 4. ONGOING

    Monthly rotations, quarterly deep cleans, annual contract review.

QUESTIONS.

What’s the minimum fleet size?
10 vehicles. Under that we recommend the Ranger Maintenance Plan (subscription) for a handful of vehicles, same Rangers, same quality, per-vehicle pricing.
Can you invoice with a PO?
Yes, Net-15 invoicing with PO is our standard for fleet contracts.
Do we need to provide water and power?
Preferred but not required. We carry our own water tank and 12V power. If you have an outdoor tap and 120V, we use it. Either way the per-vehicle price stays the same.
Can you do branded sanitization for rideshare / rental turnovers?
Yes, we have a rapid-turn interior sanitization SKU for rental/rideshare contracts. Priced separately from the monthly detail.
